Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your CZARI piece. Each garment is made with intention, care, and quality. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at hello@czariofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our customer care team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, made-to-order, or customized pieces.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item or size, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Exceptions & Notes

  • Pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions listed above.

  • Items returned that do not meet the stated conditions (worn, stained, missing tags) will not be accepted or refunded.

  • CZARI is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
